The shape of the seating is a modified fan.

SEATING CAPACITY
Full capacity: 2,338 seats
With section 3, Rows AA-EE removed: 2,167 seats (133 total seats in Sec 3, rows AA-EE)

Twenty-four wheelchair accessible seating locations (with adjacent companion
seating ) are distributed within Section 1,3 and 5 of the Auditorium.

SERVICE ACCESS
The Kiva Auditorium is located on the Second Level North Side of the Albuquerque Convention Center West Complex.  Service access is via a 12’ 8” high by 41’ wide loading dock facing north to Marquette Avenue between Second and Third Streets north of the Convention Center West Complex.  A 10,000 pound capacity Service Elevator, 9’ 9” wide by 20’ deep by 10’ high, is accessible directly from the loading dock and accesses the stage level of the Kiva Auditorium, stage left.

STAGE FLOOR

Ebony stained hardwood on wood sleepers.  With 3000 lbs. wheel load limitation.

DRESSING ROOMS/LOCKERS

The Kiva Auditorium has two chorus dressing rooms, two private dressing rooms, two production offices and a Green Room with a kitchenette area.  The Green Room and one private dressing room are handicapped accessible from the Auditorium. One star dressing room and both chorus dressing rooms are handicapped accessible from both the auditorium and the stage.  All dressing rooms have restroom and shower facilities.

The two production offices are located backstage, stage right and stage left, and include accessible restroom facilities.
